Saving water is no longer a trend. Communities all across the nation are looking to recycle water to protect the environment. This is great news for environmentally conscious people who love to drive, but are weary of wasting water by washing their car.
So, how do companies recycle water? It’s called water reclamation and the process is different for every enterprise.
For example, the Los Angeles Glendale Water Reclamation Plant recycles up to 20 million gallons per day. Most of the water is then used to meet L.A.’s landscaping needs. Other businesses, such as car washes, may have their own reclaim tanks and filtering system which both recycle and reuse, as well as release filtered water into the environment.
One car wash company that proudly recycles water is Soapy Joe’s. While many homeowners use up to 140 gallons of water to wash their car, we only use around 30. So, stop wasting water and stop by for an affordable car wash. Get soapy, San Diego with Soapy Joe’s!
