Soapy Joe’s the family-owned membership-based car wash, was named the winner of 2 Bronze Stevie® Awards in the Business Development Achievement of the Year – All Other Industries & Leadership or Management Training Practice of the Year categories in the 17th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service for incorporating learning methods into manager training & its work with Costco.
We were awarded the Bronze Stevie in the following category Business Development Achievement of the Year – All Other Industries for our Accounting Team for their hard work on card inventory and temporary price discounts. And our Customer Service team for handling our major accounts. From this hard work, we named Top-10 sales nationwide at Costco.
For the Bronze Stevie in the following category – Leadership or Management Training Practice of the Year highlights our operation team and all the hard work in building the content and own Manager in Training Program, with the help of our Learning & Development Department. Our L&D department helps them achieve this award for incorporating advanced adult learning theories into the way the Manager in Training program is delivered to future site managers.
