1 Month for 1 Wash Terms & Conditions

Join any monthly wash club membership, and the first month’s charge will be the price of its corresponding single wash price point. Single Wash Pricing – Magic Joe: $20, Super Joe: $17 & Classic Joe: $13. Offer valid 04/02/24 – 07/02/24. Available online via the promotional link or at any Soapy Joe’s Car Wash locations. Soapy Joe’s Hero Joe Program

Join any monthly wash club membership, and every month will be charged will be 10% off. Offer valid for new wash club members who are first responders, active-duty members, veterans and their spouses only. Soapy Joe’s Selfie Grand Slam Promotion Terms and Conditions  

Soapy Joe’s is sponsoring a promotion from January 2, 2024- March 31, 2024, whereby Soapy Joe’s will reward wash club members for playing the Soapy Splash Dash AR game and posting the game-themed selfie frames to Instagram.  The more games you play, the more prizes you can win. 

Eligibility: 

To be eligible for the promotion, rewards, and prizes you must be an active Soapy Joe’s Wash Club member with a valid email address on file, and follow Soapy Joe’s on Instagram. All wash club levels qualify.  Persons who join Soapy Joe’s Wash Club on or after January 2, 2024 become eligible after their initial payment is processed and their membership is activated. Members who “rejoin” the Wash Club are eligible upon reactivation.  To add an email address, members may visit https://soapyjoescarwash.com/membership-update.   

Promotion Rules & Requirements: 

During the promotional period, submissions will be processed on a weekly basis.  A “submission” is defined as:  a Completed Splash Dash leaderboard form (name, email, phone, Instagram handle).  Participant must follow @soapyjoes on Instagram with the same account listed on the Splash Dash leaderboard form submission.  The account must be public. 

Promotional Reward Tiers 

Participant submissions shall be processed on a weekly basis starting January 9^th, 2024.  Members may accumulate qualifying submissions throughout the entirety of the program.   Unique frames shall be defined as different artworks released by Soapy Joe’s within the game, each featuring a different image of Soapy Joe’s choice (e.g.  Gwynn Jr. with a baseball bat, Gwynn Jr. with a glove; Gwynn Jr. with Soapy character; Gwynn Jr. holding a Soapy Joe’s air freshener). 

TIER 1	Submit one (1) game, earn one (1) Tier 1 prize.
TIER 2	Submit two (2) games, earn one (1) entry to win the Tier 2 prize package, in addition to Tier 1 prize.
TIER 3	Submit three (3) games ,  earn one (1) entry to win the Tier 3 prize package, in addition to Tier 1 and Tier 2 prizes.
TIER 4	Submit four (4) games , earn one (1) entry to win the Tier 4 prize package, in addition to Tier 1, 2 and 3 prizes.
Extra inning	Post one (1) of the (4) selfie frames to your Instagram wall for ten (10)  entries for the Grand Slam trip prize.  Participants may complete up to four (4) extra innings, using a different selfie frame for each, resulting in a total of 40 extra drawing entries.  Tier 4 Participants only.

Prizes 

Prizes shall be fulfilled via email, and may require action to be taken by the members to receive the prizes such as entering promotional codes at the Soapy Joe’s online merchandise store, or downloading digital tickets. Tier 1 Prize shall be on a first-come-first-served basis.  Upon initial form submission at Tier 1, one (1) free $20 Magic Joe wash voucher shall be distributed via email.  Tier 2, 3 and 4 Prizes shall be awarded via random drawing.  Odds of winning are affected by the total amount of qualifying participants.  Annual memberships in Tier 4 Prize shall be awarded on a first-come-first-served basis to the first 500 qualifying members. Participants who reach Tier 4 may opt to participate further for additional drawing entries. No additional Magic Joe annuals are awarded for Extra Inning plays. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferrable. If necessary, Soapy Joe’s reserves the right to substitute alternate prizes.

  Tier 2 Prize:  Monthly drawing to be held March 1, 2024. [One winner]

Prize Notification & Distribution 

For all prizes, member must have valid email on file with Soapy Joe’s.  Participants will be notified by email weekly for Prize Tier 1.  Winners of Tiers 2, 3 and 4 Prizes shall be notified the first week in March.   Action must be taken by the members to receive the prizes such as entering promotional codes at the Soapy Joe’s online merchandise store, and interacting with Soapy Joe’s to verify eligibility. Car wash sites shall not distribute prizes. 

• All digital coupons and offer codes for Tier 1 will be included in notification emails.  
• Prize Tier 1 must be claimed within 30 days of the end of the promotion period (by 4/30/24). 
• Winners of Tiers 2, 3 and 4 will receive an email to claim their prize. 
• Chances of winning vary based on the total number of Extra Innings played and qualified participants. 

All prizes are non-transferrable.  No cash value.  Not applicable to membership fees. 

For the $10,000 grand prize, all members who have satisfied eligibility and submission requirements of Tier 4 will be entered to win.  All qualified participants who successfully completed Extra Innings shall receive 10 entries per Extra Inning. A third-party platform will be used to select a single winner at random.  Winner will be notified via email within 3 days (by March 3^rd).  Should the winner not respond to Soapy Joe’s email notification within three (3) days, an alternate winner shall be selected.  Should the alternate winner not reply within three (3) days, Soapy Joe’s has no further obligation to distribute the Tier 4 Grand Slam prize.  Should no members reach Tier 4, no Grand Prize shall be awarded.  The $10,000 travel voucher shall be provided to the winner and the winner is solely responsible for arranging and securing any travel itineraries and accommodations.   

The $10,000 travel voucher may be substituted for a $5,000 cash prize with written notice to Soapy Joe’s within three (3) days of notification.  Travel voucher or cash distribution pending receipt of W-9 and other forms as required by law.  Cash prizes shall be reported by Soapy Joe’s for tax purposes as required by law.  Winners shall be responsible for all federal, state and local taxes.  Travel voucher and all cash prizes must be picked up in person and show valid I.D. 

Alternate method of entry:  send post cards addressed to Selfie Grand Slam 11465 Woodside Ave. Santee, CA 92071.  For each tier, submit a unique postcard to achieve the prize tier.  To qualify, submit: one postcard for Tier 1, a second postcard for Tier 2, a third postcard for Tier 3 and a fourth postcard for Tier 4.  Each postcard must include name, email, and phone number.  Prizes shall be fulfilled via email.  All postcards must be received by 2/29/24.   

Soapy Joe’s Car Wash will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Soapy Joe’s Car Wash takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid. 

Should the Promotion be modified, cancelled, or should any supporting technology or Prize become unavailable for any reason, by any act or regulations of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, war conditions, emergencies, act of God, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Soapy Joe’s, Soapy Joe’s shall not be responsible and shall not be obligated to fulfill the Prizes hereunder.

Annual Membership

I authorize Soapy Joe’s –to charge my credit card account for my chosen Annual Wash Club. All sales are final; plans cannot be credited, refunded, or canceled. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather. Wash Club membership does not apply to fleet vehicles (i.e. taxis, limousines, rental cars, etc.). Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched/updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.

Monthly Membership

I authorize Soapy Joe’s to charge my credit card account for the amount of my chosen Wash Club Plan. The monthly billing date will be the same day the membership is purchased. The automatic recharge will remain in force until canceled at least seven (7) days prior to my billing date. I may cancel at any time by submitting an online request at soapyjoescarwash.com/membership-update or by mail at 11465 Woodside Ave., Santee, CA 92071. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated or if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather.

Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 31 days in advance. Removal of RFID tags does not stop bank charges. By enrolling in the membership program, customers give permission to be contacted regarding account information, news, and offer via email, phone call, or text. Standard phone and text rates may apply. Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched or updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.

Memberships may upgrade to a higher package and pay the difference at the time of the wash. Vehicles can be changed/updated once every 6 months. Only the car listed on the enrollment form is eligible for the program and must have a Soapy Joe’s RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags must be reported to Soapy Joe’s Car Wash immediately. Any attempt to remove the RFID tag will destroy the tag preventing it from operating. The member will be charged for tag replacement. Members must notify Soapy Joe’s Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership.

Soapy Joe’s reserves the right to close for observed holidays and facility or equipment maintenance as needed.

Update Membership

By purchasing any membership, Customer agrees to be bound by any of these terms and conditions on behalf of Customer and all drivers of the vehicle associated with the membership purchase.  It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform all drivers of these terms and conditions.

Car wash is not responsible for:

• Loose equipment includes but is not limited to mirrors, trim, molding, emblems, light covers, wheel covers, center caps, bumpers, running boards, flaps, or bug deflectors that become dislodged during contact with equipment.
• Any “rack” devices such as luggage racks, bicycle racks, or work racks.
• Existing problems with your vehicle or any after-market parts or installations.
• Vehicles that have less than 5” of clearance or vehicles that are greater than 7’2” in height.
• Vehicles that are wider than 73” from tire wall to tire wall or have tires greater than 13” wide.
• Vehicles that are 5 years or older.
• Water damage from leaking, unsecured, or open doors or windows including sunroofs.
• Antennas that are not fully removed or lowered by you, power antennas, antennas fins, or antennas that cannot be lowered or removed.
• Collisions due to breaking in the tunnel or incidents occurred while the customer is operating the vehicle.
• Any automated system or feature on your vehicle that may cause damage to your vehicle or other vehicles.

Important notice to customers:

• Any claims must be made before the vehicle leaves the premises.  If damage occurs to your vehicle, you agree to obtain a minimum of two estimates, one of which shall be from a repair shop of our choice.  Any work must be approved by Soapy Joe’s PRIOR to any work being started.
