Magic Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Soapy Joe’s is sponsoring a promotion from 12/31/22 – 03/31/23 called “Soapy Joe’s Magic Giveaway”. Soapy Joe’s will award (3) prize winners in the Magic Giveaway, 1 per month. Each winner will receive Disney gift cards to cover the costs of up to four (4) Disneyland Park Hopper tickets with parking (estimated at $1,000.00). 

Rules for Eligibility:

  1. Must have an Active Monthly or Annual Magic Joe membership.  Other wash levels, fleet vehicles, and single washes do not qualify.
    • Monthly Classic & Super Joe members can upgrade their membership to Magic Joe by paying the prorated cost. Click here to Upgrade.
    • Annual Classic & Super Joe members are not eligible for this promotion
  2. Members MUST have a valid email on file (or provide alternate information-see below). Click here to add an email to an existing account.
  3. You have until the end of each month during the promotion to add your email on file for that month’s drawing.
  4. One (1) membership equates to one (1) entry into the Magic Giveaway. Multiple entries are allowed for multi-account holders.

The Drawing and Announcement:

Soapy Joe’s members must have an email on file (or provide alternate information-see below) before the end of each month to be entered into the drawing.   All eligible Magic Joe members are automatically entered.  The winner shall be announced on social media (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram). A third-party platform will be used to securely select the three winners at random.

  • January Winner will be notified & announced the first week of February.
  • February winner will be notified & announced the first week of March.
  • March winner will be notified & announced the first week of April.

Notification and Distribution:

Soapy Joe’s will contact the winners via email (or by an alternate form of communication).  Winners have 7 days to respond and claim their prize.

Should the winner not respond to Soapy Joe’s email notification within one (1) week, an alternate winner shall be selected. Only one alternate per month shall be selected. Winners are required to submit a completed W-9 form before the prize will be awarded.

The three (3) Prizes will total no more than $1,000 in value each.  The Prizes will be shipped or delivered electronically no later than 04/30/23. 

If email access is not available, Magic Joe members may mail a postcard labeled “Entry: Magic Joe Giveaway” to 11465 Woodside Ave.  Santee, CA  92071 with the following information, First & Last Name, Address, Telephone Number & Fast Pass ID #.

BOGO for a Penny Terms & Conditions

Purchase any monthly wash club membership at the standard membership rate, and the second month’s charge shall be $0.01. Offer valid 12/31/22 – 03/31/23. Available online via the promotional link or at any Soapy Joe’s location. Offer valid for new wash club members only. Cannot be combined with any other offers. The regular rate of membership ($35 for Magic Joe, $27 for Super Joe, $20 for Classic Joe) will be automatically billed for each subsequent month after the $0.01 charge. Unlimited monthly wash club memberships provide unlimited car washes for the car registered with the vehicle identified at time of membership enrollment. Membership can be cancelled any time with a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing date.  Cancellation of a BOGO membership in month 1 shall not receive access to the car wash in month 2 and shall not be charged the promotional rate of $0.01.  No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. No cash value. No transfers. SDSU Aztecs Scored! TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

One free Magic Joe single car wash will be emailed to the recipient if the following requirements are met:

  1. The SDSU Football team scored within the first half of their home games during the 2022 season, playoffs not included.
  2. The recipient fills out the Aztecs Scored! Promo form (Link: https://soapyjoescarwash.com/aztecs-scored/)  no later than 12 hours post-game 

One free wash per game, per email. The free wash will be emailed within 48 hours post-game and must be used within 72 hours of receipt.  No cash value. No transfers. Subject to change. 

SDSU Hold’em Under 60 TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

One free Magic Joe single car wash will be emailed to the recipient if the following requirements are met:

  1. The SDSU Men’s Basketball team holds their opponents under 60 points in all their home games during the 2022 season, playoffs not included.
  2. The recipient fills out the Hold’em Under 60 Promo form (Link: https://soapyjoescarwash.com/hold-em-under-60/) no later than 12 hours post-game

50% OFF First 3 Months Terms and Conditions

Join any monthly wash club membership, and your first 3 monthly charges will be 50% off. Offer valid for new wash club members only. Cannot be combined with any other Soapy Joe’s in-market or new site-opening promotional offers. The regular/current rate of membership ($35 for Magic Joe, $27 for Super Joe, $20 for Classic Joe) will be automatically billed for each subsequent month starting after month 3. Unlimited monthly wash club memberships provide unlimited car washes for the car registered with the vehicle identified at the time of membership enrollment. Membership can be canceled at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. No cash value. No transfers. NOTICE

Effective October 1, 2021: automatic monthly membership recharge rates shall be as follows:

  • Classic Joe: $20/month automatic recharge
  • Super Joe: $27/month automatic recharge
  • Magic Joe: $35/month automatic recharge

These rates replace all previous promotional and standard monthly recharge rates. Effective for current and new members. There is no change to members’ existing recharge date.

Annual Membership

I authorize Soapy Joe’s –to charge my credit card account for my chosen Annual Wash Club. All sales are final; plans cannot be credited, refunded, or canceled. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather. Wash Club membership does not apply to fleet vehicles (i.e. taxis, limousines, rental cars, etc.). Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched/updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.

Monthly Membership

I authorize Soapy Joe’s to charge my credit card account for the amount of my chosen Wash Club Plan. The monthly billing date will be the same day the membership is purchased. The automatic recharge will remain in force until canceled at least seven (7) days prior to my billing date. I may cancel at any time by submitting an online request at soapyjoescarwash.com/membership-update or by mail at 11465 Woodside Ave., Santee, CA 92071. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated or if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather.

Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 31 days in advance. Removal of RFID tags does not stop bank charges. By enrolling in the membership program, customers give permission to be contacted regarding account information, news, and offer via email, phone call, or text. Standard phone and text rates may apply. Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched or updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.

Memberships may upgrade to a higher package and pay the difference at the time of the wash. Vehicles can be changed/updated once every 6 months. Only the car listed on the enrollment form is eligible for the program and must have a Soapy Joe’s RFID tag affixed to the vehicle. Damaged tags must be reported to Soapy Joe’s Car Wash immediately. Any attempt to remove the RFID tag will destroy the tag preventing it from operating. The member will be charged for tag replacement. Members must notify Soapy Joe’s Car Wash of any change in vehicle ownership.

Soapy Joe’s reserves the right to close for observed holidays and facility or equipment maintenance as needed.

By purchasing any membership, Customer agrees to be bound by any of these terms and conditions on behalf of Customer and all drivers of the vehicle associated with the membership purchase.  It is the Customer’s responsibility to inform all drivers of these terms and conditions.

Car wash is not responsible for:

  • Loose equipment includes but is not limited to mirrors, trim, molding, emblems, light covers, wheel covers, center caps, bumpers, running boards, flaps, or bug deflectors that become dislodged during contact with equipment.
  • Any “rack” devices such as luggage racks, bicycle racks, or work racks.
  • Existing problems with your vehicle or any after-market parts or installations.
  • Vehicles that have less than 5” of clearance or vehicles that are greater than 7’2” in height.
  • Vehicles that are wider than 73” from tire wall to tire wall or have tires greater than 13” wide.
  • Vehicles that are 5 years or older.
  • Water damage from leaking, unsecured, or open doors or windows including sunroofs.
  • Antennas that are not fully removed or lowered by you, power antennas, antennas fins, or antennas that cannot be lowered or removed.
  • Collisions due to breaking in the tunnel or incidents occurred while the customer is operating the vehicle.
  • Any automated system or feature on your vehicle that may cause damage to your vehicle or other vehicles.

Important notice to customers:

  • Any claims must be made before the vehicle leaves the premises.  If damage occurs to your vehicle, you agree to obtain a minimum of two estimates, one of which shall be from a repair shop of our choice.  Any work must be approved by Soapy Joe’s PRIOR to any work being started.
