Soapy Joe’s is offering a promotion from November 12th, 2024 – December 31st, 2024, whereby Soapy Joe’s will offer two free single washes for every 4 washes purchased.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms”) govern the promotional offer by Soapy Joe’s Car Wash (“Soapy Joe’s,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) entitled “Buy 4 Washes, Get 2 Free” (the “Promotion”).

The promotion is valid from November 12th to December 31st, 2024, inclusive (“Promotion Period”).
Soapy Joe’s reserves the right to extend, curtail, or otherwise alter the Promotion Period at its discretion and without prior notice.

Customers must purchase four (4) single washes at the same time/in one transaction and within the Promotion Period to receive two (2) single washes free of charge. The purchased washes and the free washes must be of equal or lesser value than the highest value wash purchased. Single washes may be purchased online at soapyjoescarwash.com or on-site at any Soapy Joe’s location. Customers purchasing their (4) single washes will receive the (4) single washes and (2) free single washes as either a paper voucher or gift card, or if purchased online, will receive the voucher by email.

This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or vouchers. The promotion is not transferable or exchangeable for cash or other services.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their Soapy Joe’s account details are correct and up to date. Soapy Joe’s is not responsible for promotion benefits not received because of incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Soapy Joe’s reserves the right to modify the Terms of the promotion or terminate the promotion at any point for any reason with or without notice.

Soapy Joe’s is not liable for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the promotion or the redemption and use of free washes, to the fullest extent permissible by law.

These Terms and Conditions set forth the entire understanding and agreement between Soapy Joe’s and you with respect to the Promotion.

Purchase any wash club monthly membership for 50% OFF for 3 months. Offer valid 11/27/24 – 12/04/24.  Available only at www.soapyjoescarwash.com. Offer valid for new wash club members only. Cannot be combined with any other Soapy Joe’s promotional offers. The regular/current rate of membership ($39 for Magic Joe, $33 for Super Joe, and $25 for Classic Joe) will be automatically billed starting on the fourth (4^th) month after the first month’s charge.

Unlimited monthly wash club memberships provide unlimited car washes for the car registered with the vehicle identified at the time of membership enrollment. Membership can be canceled at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing date. No refunds. No cash value. No transfers. Subject to change.

One free Magic Joe single car wash will be emailed to the recipient if the following requirements are met:

1. When you see the Soapy Joe’s free wash offer on the big screen at the game or courtside LED screens, text “SDSU” to 94333.
2. The recipient fills out the SDSU Basketball promotion form (Link: https://soapyjoescarwash.com/sdsu-bball/) no later than 12 hours post-game.

One free wash per phone number. The free wash will be emailed within 48 hours post-game. No cash value. No transfers. Subject to change.

One free Magic Joe single car wash will be emailed to the recipient if the following requirements are met:

1. When you attend the SDSU Aztecs Football game, text “AZTECS” to 94333.
2. The recipient fills out the SDSU Football Promo form https://soapyjoescarwash.com/aztecs-scored/ no later than 12 hours after attending the game.

One free wash per phone number. The free wash will be emailed within 48 hours.

No cash value. No transfers. Subject to change.

Effective April 2^nd, 2024, wash club prices will be increased to the following:

Magic Joe – $39/mo. recurring charge

Super Joe – $33/mo. recurring charge

Classic Joe -$25/mo. recurring charge

This notice is for existing and new members. There will be no change to recharge dates.

1. When you see the Soapy Joe’s free wash offer scroll on the big screen at the game, text “GULLS” to 94333.
2. The recipient fills out the San Diego Gulls Promo form (Link: https://soapyjoescarwash.com/gulls/) no later than 12 hours post-game

One free Magic Joe single car wash will be emailed to the recipient if the following requirements are met.

Join any monthly wash club membership, and your first month charge will be 50% off. Offer valid for new wash club members only. Cannot be combined with any other Soapy Joe’s in-market or new site-opening promotional offers. The regular/current rate of membership ($39 for Magic Joe, $33 for Super Joe, and $25 for Classic Joe) will be automatically billed for each subsequent month starting after month 1. Unlimited monthly wash club memberships provide unlimited car washes for the car registered with the vehicle identified at the time of membership enrollment. Membership can be canceled at any time with a 7-day written notice prior to the next billing date. No refunds or credits will be given for partial periods. No cash value. No transfers. Subject to change.

I authorize Soapy Joe’s –to charge my credit card account for my chosen Annual Wash Club. All sales are final; plans cannot be credited, refunded, or canceled. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather. Wash Club membership does not apply to fleet vehicles (i.e. taxis, limousines, rental cars, etc.). Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched/updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.

Update Membership

I authorize Soapy Joe’s to charge my credit card account for the amount of my chosen Wash Club Plan. The monthly billing date will be the same day the membership is purchased. The automatic recharge will remain in force until canceled at least seven (7) days prior to my billing date. I may cancel at any time by submitting an online request at soapyjoescarwash.com/membership or by mail at 11465 Woodside Ave., Santee, CA 92071. I understand that Soapy Joe’s –may cancel this plan at any time and that my membership will be canceled if the Terms & Conditions listed herein are violated or if the monthly charge is declined by the credit card processing system. I understand that circumstances may affect the availability of service, including equipment failure or inclement weather.

Monthly rates may be increased, with notice posted at the site at least 31 days in advance. Removal of RFID tags does not stop bank charges. By enrolling in the membership program, customers give permission to be contacted regarding account information, news, and offer via email, phone call, or text. Standard phone and text rates may apply. Wash Club RFID tag must stay affixed to the windshield. This plan is valid for one (1) vehicle only –choice assigned below. The vehicle on file may be switched or updated to any other vehicle once within a six-month period.
