Veterans Day 2018 is Sunday Nov. 11 and will also be observed on Monday, Nov. 12. With deep admiration and respect for those who have fought to protect our freedoms, Soapy Joe’s is showing several tokens of appreciation for veterans and military personnel corresponding with Veterans Day.
1. Camouflage Air Fresheners
From Nov. 4 to Nov. 11, we are giving out camouflage air fresheners at our 11 San Diego car washes. This a limited edition of the signature Soapy Joe’s air freshener that has become a symbol of being a San Diegan. Click here to find a Soapy Joe’s location near you.
2. Free Car Washes on Veterans Day
On Veterans Day, Nov. 11, veterans and military personnel can come to Soapy Joe’s and get a free car wash. Please sign up for your free wash on Veterans Day—it’s the least we can do to thank you for your service.
3. Partnering with Clever Talks
We’ve met a fantastic nonprofit organization based right here in San Diego, giving inspiration and ideation to active-duty military members and veterans across the U.S. They’re called Clever Talks, and they host TED Talk-style presentations empowering military and veteran business owners, entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs.

4. Spotlighting Our Own
We have several veterans on the Soapy Joe’s team and wanted to give them the opportunity to tell their stories of civilian success after serving.
