SDSU Aztecs Rise Up with Soapy Joe’s!

San Diego, Calif. (Sept. 1, 2017) – Earlier this year, Soapy Joe’s Car Wash became the Official Car Wash of San Diego State University (SDSU) Athletics. Soapy Joe’s joined with SDSU to connect with the community in support of San Diego education and athletics. By being a partner with SDSU, Soapy Joe’s is able to give back to their community and connect with existing and potential customers in a way that gets fans excited about washing their car. This sponsorship has been beneficial to Aztec fans and people throughout San Diego, providing both the chance to win prizes and experience an excellent express car wash.

As the Official Car Wash of San Diego State Athletics, Soapy Joe’s is committed to supporting the Aztecs’ sports teams while also providing fans the chance to win prizes and experience a magical express car wash at any of their ten locations. During the 2016-2017 Men’s Basketball season, Soapy Joe’s ran a campaign called the “Under 60 Promotion”. When the team won a home game and held their opponent under 60 points, every Aztec fan who participated received a free Magic Potion car wash the next day. Through this campaign, Soapy Joe’s gave away thousands of complimentary car washes!

With College Football season gearing up, SDSU Aztecs will have the chance to Score and Save alongside the team. The Score and Save campaign will launch at the season opening game on Sept. 2, 2017, against the UC Davis Aggies. At every home game this season, if the Aztecs score 25 or more points, fans will receive 25 percent off their next wash. If the Aztecs score 50 or more points, fans will receive 50 percent off their next wash. If the Aztecs score 75 or more points, fans will receive a FREE car wash. Those interested in receiving Score and Save coupons simply text “SOAPY” to 95577 to sign up and receive their coupons every Monday following the football game.

Soapy Joe’s will have multiple tabling opportunities this 2017-2018 Men’s Football season, as a way to spread awareness about their existing and new car wash locations, and their amenities available to customers.
