This last week has been difficult for everyone. We hope our loyal customers and their friends and family are all safe and healthy. We will get through this.
As you know, the Governor of California ordered a shutdown of non-essential businesses last week, giving those businesses only a few hours’ notice to shut their doors. As one of those businesses forced to close, we had very little time to react. We’ve spent the weekend after the state mandate trying to mobilize, and figure out how we were to proceed, while still trying to protect the health and safety of our staff.
Over that weekend, we have built an option on the website to temporarily freeze your membership account and any recurring charges during the time we are closed. This option is available for $0.01 (1 cent) per month (this minimal amount is due to the system requirement). For the members that contacted us, we are working to address your requests. You will be contacted as soon as staffing permits, as we are currently closed. Mail-in requests will also be processed.
