Despite recent and upcoming rains, Southern California is still in the throes of a debilitating drought and we all need to keep doing our part to conserve water. The City of San Diego has implemented mandatory water use restrictions until further notice in an effort to promote water conservation as a permanent way of life. A fun way to get involved is to participate in Waste No Water Wednesday, where you can share through social media (#WNWwednesday) how you are doing your part to waste no water.
A great way to start saving water is by bringing your car to Soapy Joe’s for a wash! Water usage restrictions prohibit washing your car at home between the hours of 10am and 4pm, but bringing your car to a car wash is allowed any time of the day, any day of the week!
At Soapy Joe’s, we take water conservation seriously every day of the week, year round. That’s why we’ve implemented a ground-breaking water recollection process that not only recycles the water, it provides the cleanest wash for your car. Doing your part to conserve water is as simple as washing your car at Soapy Joe’s!
Visit our Facebook page on Wednesdays and share your favorite water conservation tip in the comments section. Don’t forget to hashtag #WNWwednesday. Then stop by one of our seven convenient locations for a quick wash. We’re in this together to keep San Diego beautiful!
