Donation Request

We provide items for you to give out that are tailored to your needs and purpose. Need a gift card for a raffle, or maybe a gift basket for a silent auction? We will help identify what suits you best, and work to support your cause.

DONATION QUALIFICATIONS

Soapy Joe’s Car Wash Donations are limited to:

  • Non-profits
  • Charitable organizations

LEAD TIME

  • Due to the amount of requests we receive, donation requests must be submitted at least 4 weeks​ prior to the date needed.
  • You will receive a response within 2 weeks of your request
  • Donations cannot be provided to the same organization more than 1 time in 12 months. If you would like to discuss an ongoing partnership, please consider a sponsorship​ with us.
  • Organization must be able to verify nonprofit status with Tax ID

INELIGIBILITY

  • Individuals (those looking for personal assistance)
  • Religious groups
  • Special Interest, political, or lobbying groups
  • For-profit endeavours
  • Organizations that discriminate based on age, sex, gender, race, nationality, ethnicity, disability, political affiliation, sexual orientation, or religious belief.
