In 2016, Soapy Joe’s became the Official Car Wash of San Diego State University Athletics. After two stellar football seasons bringing extra festivities to Aztec football game days at SDCCU Stadium, we’re back for what is already shaping up to be another fantastic campaign.
Aztecs Upset Sun Devils
The Aztecs have a statement win on their 2018 resume, upsetting then-No. 23 ranked Arizona State 28-21 on September 15th. The game was decided on the final play, with SDSU’s defense knocking down the Sun Devils’ last toss at the end zone. Read the full AP recap here.
Good Clean Fun
Soapy Joe’s was there for the Aztecs’ win over ASU, sponsoring all sorts of Good clean fun. Our football toss is always a fan favorite, as are free t-shirts. We also love educating people on our eco-friendly car washes—not in a salesy way, of course. It’s just the right thing to do.
